Our payment model is in keeping with our business philosophy – keep it simple, be transparent. From our early days, we have had one source of income – our clients. This approach underscores our commitment to putting you and your business first.
The Apprise Harpel Group operates under a boutique license from CFG Advice Pty Ltd. This independence means we are not influenced by large institutions or product manufacturers, dictating our service delivery or approach to client value. It allows us to select investments that are truly appropriate for you and, in some cases, your business, rather than being restricted to an approved product list compiled by a distant head office.
Like all businesses, we have a process. We start by asking a lot of questions about you and your business – we want to get to know you and for you to think about the things that really matter. We then agree on the terms of engagement and what you want from us. Our comprehensive plan will include clear goals and milestones to give you the agency to reap the rewards from your business and meet your personal goals.
In any twelve month period we review the path you are on, the milestones you have achieved and those we’re targeting for the next 12 months. We review this, in person, at least annually and more often where there are significant complexities or changes in your personal life or business.
Once you’re a client, you’re an important part of AHG. You will hear from us at least [*] and we’re available to you as required. We don’t plan to overload you with information but will provide as much as you need.
We love complexity! We get a genuine buzz from helping our clients pick apart the threads of a complex situation, to make what might seem insurmountable quite simple.
Our process is designed to get you and your business on the right path for to achieve your goals. We want to build an enduring relationship with you and provide the advice and guidance to enable you to achieve your personal financial and lifestyle goals, as well as meet – and in many cases exceed – your business objectives.

Not all clients will maximise the value of engaging AHG.
